Pitta with frittoli
Instructions
On pastry Board incorporated the dough egg, lard, salt and pepper.
Knead dough vigorously until it will become rubbery and disconnected it from the work surface.
Make a ball and put it in a bowl to rise covered and warm place.
In a pan greased with lard and roll out the pastry up around the edges.
Distributed on the surface the frittoli and tucked on pitta dough edges.
Put in hot oven for about 30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of bread dough
- 1 tablespoon of suet
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Frittoli pork (feet and pork rinds)
- 200 g of suet
