Instructions
Mix together the bread dough, sugar, butter, flour, egg yolks, and salt.
Let it sit for half a day.
Add the egg whites.
Let it sit for 2 hours.
Place in a buttered baking dish and place in the hot oven and bake for about 1 hour.

- 500 g of leavened bread dough
- 300 g of flour
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 g of melted butter
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg whites mounted to snow
- Salt
