Polacchini alla nutella
Instructions
Stir almonds, walnuts, sugar, chocolate, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Do with egg and flour a pastry very thin rectangular shape and let it rest covered for at least 2 hours.
Grease and line a rectangular mold and completely foderatelo with half the pastry.
Fill with half the dough, sand and cover with another puff pastry, then put the remaining dough and cover with the pastry.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour and cut into squares before serving.

- 200 g of flour
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 300 g of almonds
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of nutella
- 150 g of breadcrumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
