Polenta with beans
Instructions
Clean and thinly slice the onion.
Sauté briefly in oil; combine the beans, shelled and cook for 25 minutes, basting with a little vegetable stock.
Add salt.
Prepare a soft polenta.
turn off the heat and add the beans and slivers of pecorino.
Wait until the cheese melts and serve with remaining raw oil.
