Instructions
Chop the onions and sauté them; Add the curry and the chicken cut into small pieces.
Saute for 15 minutes, then season with salt, add the coconut milk, broth and cook until it is well cooked.
Remove the meat from the Pan, add cream to sauce, to consume and then bring it all.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 1300 g chicken
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cups of broth
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of curry
- 10 cl of cream
- Olive oil
