Chicken with mild spices
Instructions
Clean the chicken, wash it under running water and dry it, then split it into pieces and cut these into small pieces.
Chop the onion and garlic, then beat them with salt, turmeric, cedar and grass in two tablespoons of olive oil.
You heat the rest of the sauce in the wok, add the aromatic compound and FRY for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
At this point, pour into the bowl of chicken broth, add the meat and cook over moderate heat, for 20 minutes, without ever stopping to mix.
Cut into cubes the tomatoes and pumpkin, add them to the chicken and cook for another 30 minutes.
When done, sprinkle the preparation with the coriander leaves and serve.

This is a recipe for chicken with spices native to Burma.
Contrary to what you might think, it is a very delicate dish because the spicy flavor of spices, use very sparingly, is attenuated by sweetish pulp of tomatoes and squash.

- 1 1600 g chicken

- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 sprig of cedrata grass
- 4 tablespoons of soybean oil
- 50 cl of chicken soup
- 2 tomatoes
- 150 g of pickled pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves
