The shrimp dumplings
Instructions
Chop shrimp fine, pork and watercress or pass them to the meat grinder.
Stir the mixture with the egg, sherry and oyster sauce.
Season with salt, sugar, sodium glutamate.
Bond with the starch and form meatballs.
FRY in hot oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of shrimp (edible portion only)
- 100 g of pork
- 50 g of watercress
- 1 egg
- 2 cl of sherry
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of monosodium glutamate (or nut)
- 4 tablespoons of starch
- For frying:
- Peanut oil
