Grilled meatballs
Instructions
Salt and pepper 600 g of minced veal meat, seasoning with a few crushed cumin seeds, 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
Mix a tablespoon of bread crumbs to the mixture and make small balls no bigger than a walnut, slightly flattened.
Cook them on the grill with a fire of coals for 8-10 minutes.
They serve hot or warm.
