Carrot patties
Instructions
Boil in a little water with garlic and peeled potatoes and carrots Laurel brush; drain and mash.
To puree combine 1 egg, salt and, if the dough requires it, a bit of flour.
Make meatballs and put in each a small nut.
Flour and fry gently in olive oil flavored with Cumin and Rosemary.

- 300 g of carrots
- 500 g of potatoes
- 1 egg
- 100 g of bitto cheese
- 1 leaf of laurel
- Cumin seeds
- Rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Sea salt
