Savory beef meatballs
Instructions
In a pan melt half butter, let it bake the sliced onion for 10 minutes over low heat.

Combined with half meat sauce, tied with the yolks, salt and pepper.
Cut eight meatballs.
Cook in a frying pan to fire with the remaining butter.
Put them on the plate, nappatele with the cooking and guarnitele with onion sauce.
The accompanying wine: Dolcetto d'Asti DOC, Red DOC Montescudaio, Castel Del Monte Rosso DOC.

- 70 g of butter
- 2 egg yolks
