Meat cooked meatloaf
Instructions
Obtain bakery card.
Chop the meat, mix well all the ingredients.
Make a meatloaf with wet hands directly on oven paper wet, wrap it in paper and then in aluminum foil.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
Prepare the sauce aside which may be possibly with vegetables tomato, a fondue or a béchamel sauce flavoured with mushrooms, cheese etc.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of cooked meat of any kind
- 100 g of smoothie with raw chicken 125 g cream
- 4 slices of bread soaked in milk
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Herbs
