Instructions

Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds.

In a saucepan, place 1/2 cup of cream, add the peeled and chopped plum, thicken and cool.

Soften the crumb in a little water, wring it out, season with chopped chives, salt and pepper; combined with the sauce.

Fill the tomatoes, arrange in a buttered baking dish and bake in oven at 180 degrees.
