Leeks in vinegar
Instructions
Clean the leeks and cook them in salted water with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 cup of vinegar.
Just tender drain the leeks and slice very finely.
Place them in a bowl and toss with the vinaigrette.

- 1 glass of wine vinegar
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
