Chocolate profiteroles
Instructions
Melt the chocolate crumble with water, sweet fire, stirring continuously.
And then pass it in the Blender to get a thick cream and let it cool.
Fill custard with a pastry syringe the beignets.
Arrange in pyramid, fill it with chocolate, decorating with cream, forming, with the syringe, a cord at the base.
Serve cold.

- 300 g of sweet cream puffs ready
- 1 cup of custard
- 25 cl of whipped
- 200 g of couverture chocolate
- 10 cl of water
