Stuffed grilled ham
Instructions
Make a Pocket by ham and salted and peppered it, fill them with all the ingredients.
Cook and tie the ham and sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices, passing it in the oven at 200 degrees whereas for each 1000 g 1 hour should be.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Boneless pork ham
- 200 g of boar bacon in slices
- 200 G = = In slices Salami
- 200 g of slices mortadella
- 1 pork cheek
- 200 g of gruyere cheese
- 200 g of sundried tomatoes
- 200 g of dried figs
- 200 g of black olives paté
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary
- Sage
