Instructions
Put on the fire about 150 cl lightly salted water, when the water is warm but not hot, sprinkle to rain the spelt flour and mix with a wooden paddle.
Cook the polenta for about 20 minutes.
Continuing to turn in order not create lumps.
Put the canned tomatoes in the polenta, that should not be dense, and mix.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil extra virgin.
