Braised radicchio
Instructions
Peel the radish from the outer leaves and the stalk then wash it and divide each tuft in 4 segments.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the radicchio in a single layer.
Salt and then with and let it braise fresh focus for about 10 minutes, turning a few times.
When cooked, remove the lid, and let it flame raised dry because then you must insaporitelo with ground pepper and serve hot.
