Scalded the Browns for 15 minutes, then Peel and place them in a nonstick saucepan, covering them up flush with cold water.
Add salt, sprinkle the sugar, stir, add the butter pieces and Cook, covered, and slowly for an hour until the Browns will be dry.
You can serve them with pork or game dishes.
