Creamy radish

It is a rather unusual to propose radishes that, generally, are eaten raw in salads, but the flavor of the dish is pleasant because the vegetables retain, despite firing, that their fresh flavor.
Wash the radishes, cut them in half and boil in salted water.
In a saucepan melt the butter, add the cream and the radish; Let thicken fresh focus; Add salt and pepper.
Check taste and add salt if necessary, but do not overdo it.
Serve as a side dish to veal scaloppine.
