Chinese rice
Instructions
Put in a pot with lid in good grip 2 cups Basmati rice (without the I with a good full) and 3 cups of water, add a little salt, stir and cook uncovered over high heat; When the water boils down to a minimum, and continue cooking for about 15 minutes, never mix and never opened.
The water is all absorbed and the rice will not be attached to the bottom.
It keeps well in the fridge.
