Instructions
Wither the finely chopped onion in 60 g of butter, add the rice, stir and toast for a few minutes.
Add the hot broth and salt to the rice, cover the Pan and put in oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
The rice should have absorbed all the liquid.
Drizzle with the remaining butter and shelling the rice with a fork.

- 400 g of arborio rice
- 100 g of butter
- 80 g of chopped onion
- 80 cl of broth
- Salt
