Greek risogalo
Instructions
Cook stirring the rice in milk; When the rice is cooked add the sachet of cornstarch and cinnamon, all it will thicken up (if not continue to turn until it thickens).
Put in cups, cool and put it in the fridge until your heart's content.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 sachet of maizena
- 1/2 cup of white rice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Cinnamon (optional)
