Rice gratin
Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water.
Meanwhile, add in butter in a frying pan, the peas, drained of their water conservation, along with the chives.
Drain the rice, put it in a bowl, combine the peas and ham finely chopped, salt and pepper.
Pour the rice into a buttered baking dish, sprinkle the Prague ham sauce and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then Grill.

- 400 g of rice
- 100 g of canned peas
- Butter
- 100 g of ham
- Chopped chives
- 6 tablespoons of prague ham sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
