Green Risotto (Risotto Verde Verde)
Instructions
Boil spinach and processing them.
Chop the onion and FRY in half the butter.
Combine spinach and seasoning.
Pour the rice, mix well and add a little at a time the hot broth and bring to boiling.
Before removing from heat stir in remaining butter and cream.
Combine the Parmesan cheese and serve.

- 350 g of rice
- 150 g of frozen spinach
- 20 cl of cooking cream
- 40 g of butter
- 1/2 onion
- 75 cl of broth
- Grated parmesan cheese
