Instructions
Christmas recipe.
In a bowl beat cream butter with sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla and then sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Stir well to mix.
Add the oatmeal and continue to work the dough until it is smooth.
Roll out the dough into a sheet about 1/2 cm on a floured surface.
Cut with a round cookie cutters.
Place the biscuits a little spaced on baking covered with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees.
Cook for about 30 minutes.

- 70 == G Flour
- 250 g of oatmeal biscuits
- 160 g of butter
- 150 g of cane
- 1 egg
- 3 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
