Saffron and peas wheels
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the butter, let exhaust the onion sliced very thin and then add the Saffron dissolved in a little lukewarm water.
Stir.
Blanch the peas for 3 minutes in salted water, drain and then add them to the fried onions.
Cook for ten minutes.
Bring to a boil salted water and lessatevi the dough.
Drain and reflect in the saucepan.
Stir well to seasoning.
Serve.

- 360 g of type pasta wheels
- 400 fresh peas
- 40 g of butter
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 1 cipollina
- Salt
