Chocolate salami
Instructions
Crumble coarsely with a rolling pin cookies.
Add cocoa, sugar, butter, eggs, liquor, alkermes, and then milk as required to assemble it all.
You have to get a homogeneous dough but not too soft.
Create the shape of a salami and wrap in aluminum foil, put it in the fridge (not in the freezer!) and after an hour or so it will be ready to be ' sliced '.

- 250 g of biscuits gold type saiwa
- 75 g of bitter cocoa
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of butter
- == 1 whole egg
- 1 dash of sweet liqueur
- 1 splash of alkermes
