Instructions
Beat the eggs together with the sugar until the mixture becomes thick.
Put it on very low heat, stirring.
As soon as the sauce is hot (a few minutes), add the vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Ideal for boiled meats or vegetables; You can alternate with a spicy sauce.
