Cauliflower sauce
Instructions
Cook for 60 minutes in a little water the cauliflower, garlic and tomatoes.
When cooked, add the chopped parsley.
The sauce is used to season the pasta.

- 150 g of cauliflower
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of peeled tomatoes
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
