Cauliflower salad with tuna and herb sauce

08073 CAULIFLOWER SALAD with tuna and HERB SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 tablespoons soft fresh white cheese (spreadable), a spoonful of curry powder, a tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons chopped chives 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, a cauliflower, 300 g of tuna in brine, a bunch of radishes, 100 g rocket, salt, pepper.
White cheese made with curry powder, lemon juice, chives, parsley, salt and pepper.
Mix well to obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Wash cauliflower and split it into florets.
Steam Cook for 5 minutes.
When cooked, place it in a bowl, nappatelo with herb sauce.
Leave to cool.
Drain the tuna.
Wash and coarsely gratuggiate radishes.
Wash and dry the arugula.
In the same Bowl, stir the cauliflower florets, tuna, radish, Arugula and herb sauce.
Serve well chilled.
