Horseradish sauce
Instructions
Peel and grate the horseradish.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the breadcrumbs.
Saute stirring with a wooden spoon.
Add the horseradish and sugar and mix.
Add a little broth, bring to a boil and serve.
If you wish, you can add a little mustard.
This sauce goes well with roast beef.

- 100 g of horseradish root (cren)
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 50 g of butter
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- Ladle 1/2 of broth
- Mustard (optional)
