Horseradish sauce (2)
Instructions
Grate the horseradish root; the proceeds add sugar, then 3 tablespoons vinegar; savoury pies; mix well everything.
Then dilute the mixture with the cream.
Serve with boiled beef.
It's a very spicy sauce and it should be used in small quantities.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 horseradish root (cren)
- 1 glass of cooking cream
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
