Colbert sauce (2)
Instructions
The doses are for 25 cl of salsa.
Melt the butter in a pan without having to Cook; remove the Pan from heat and add the meat extract diluted and mixed with care.
When the 2 ingredients are thoroughly mixed add the parsley and finely chopped tarragon and lemon juice.
Add a pinch of salt and white pepper and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of butter
- 2 teaspoons of meat extract dissolved in 1/2 glass of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 pinch of freshly ground white pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
