Boil the eggs, let them cool and Peel.
Next, using a kitchen mixer, chop together: eggs, anchovies and parsley.
In a pan, melt the butter and pour the chopped obtained by mixing and seasoning for a few minutes.
Serve hot immediately.
Tip: This sauce is ideal for seasoning any kind of boiled vegetables.
