Instructions
4 anchovies pounded in a mortar; Add the butter and pepper and pass through a sieve.
The other 2 anchovies fillet and chop.
Mix anchovy butter, anchovies and béchamel sauce and passed again through a sieve.
Ideal for fish.

- 100 cl of béchamel sauce
- 6 anchovies
- 100 g of butter
- White pepper
