Instructions

Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds.

Chop the vegetables and sauté in olive oil.

Add tomatoes.

Season with salt and bring to boiling.

Go to the vegetable mill.

Add sugar and let it shrink to fire the mixture.

Chop the Basil and add it at the end of cooking.
