Sangria with berries
Instructions
Wash and drain well 400 g of berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, white currants, red and black) and let them macerate for an hour with 1 glass of brandy, 25 cl of red wine, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
Add 100 cl of red wine and stir well to dissolve the sugar.
Refrigerate for 1 hour (it is no longer so as not to disappear the flavor of the berries) and serve.

- 1 shot of brandy
- 125 cl of red wine
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
