Instructions
Pass through a sieve the ricotta and cheese, then put them in the same Bowl and mix them.
Add beaten egg, melted butter, Sbrinz, the breadcrumbs, chopped chives, salt necessary, a ground pepper and nutmeg.
Mix thoroughly, then let the mixture sit for about 3 hours.
After this time, formed eight uniform size breasts working the dough with your hands greased with oil.
FRY in a pan with plenty of hot olive oil for 3-4 minutes, turning often, so that they are well browned on each side.
Serve hot.
