Steaks with yogurt
Instructions
Finely chop the cucumbers and mix the yoghurt, add a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
Cook the steaks in a pan.
Season with salt and remove the meat from the fire when they are still slightly underdone.
Serve spread with the sauce with yoghurt

- 500 g of beef filet mignon
- 40 g of pickles
- 6 tablespoons of yoghurt
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
