Celery with Gorgonzola (Sedano al Gorgonzola)
Instructions
Divide the celery sticks in half lengthwise and place in serving dish.
In a bowl mix the gorgonzola to reduce it to a cream, season with a few drops of vinegar, add salt and pepper.
Filled with this cream the celery sticks.

- 2 white celery
- 80 g of gorgonzola cheese
- Few drops of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
