Pink parfait
Instructions
Boil water with sugar to make a syrup, then let it cool.
Blend strawberries and merge them together with the lemon juice to the syrup.
Put the mixture in the freezer.
As it begins to solidify, add the whipped cream soda well.
Mix well and pour into 4 bowls, then put in the freezer.
Stir occasionally and remove well ice cream.

- 400 g of strawberries
- 2 lemons
- 200 g of cream
- 25 cl of water
- 180 g of sugar
