Instructions

For the sauce, sauté in a knob of butter a chopped shallot finely, add the liver and Apple, all reduced, fiammeggiate Calvados with a finger, put 200 g of cream, let it restrict the gravy, salt it and move the noodles just cooked al dente.
You add the pasta, saltandola fast, complete with ground pepper, a small truffle-blade, so bring on the table.
