Apple Puff-Pastry
Instructions
Thaw the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of 2 cm and spread it on a tray lined with baking paper.
Poke the dough, spread the jam and cover with sliced apples, sprinkle with sugar mixed with grated lemon peel, refold the edges of the apples on the dough and bake in the oven at 200 degrees already warm for about 30 minutes.
Serve tepid or cold.

- 700 g of apples renette
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 lemon
