Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 bottles of ready-made puff pastry rectangular and lying, 2 apples, 50 g of raisins, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a knob of butter, a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, icing sugar.

Lay the two sheets on the countertop over each other and cut them into 4.

In the meantime wash the apples, peel them and remove the core.

Cut them into cubes.

In a small saucepan melt the butter, add the diced Apple and cook a few minutes.

Add sugar, cinnamon and raisins and mix thoroughly.

Remove the sfogliarine from the oven and let them cool down.

With a small knife remove the cover under the same and stuffed with apples.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and place over the lid of each flake.

Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
