Pear puff pastries and nutella
Instructions
Pistachios, blanched Peel and chop coarsely.
Peel the pears and cut them lengthwise.
Cut into strips orange zest and Pan fry in boiling water.
Coat squares of puff pastry, with a fork, pockmarked with Nutella and settle over the PEAR slices; put pistachios and orange rind.
Sprinkle it with sugar and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 4 pears
- 40 g of pistachios
- 1 orange (zest)
