Instructions

Beat eggs with sugar and add gradually the lukewarm milk and grated lemon peel.

Peel the pears and cut them into thin slices.

Arrange the PEAR slices in a pan greased with butter and pour over the cream.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
