Lentil flan
Instructions
Cook the lentils, soak, for 90 minutes in salted water with celery, carrot and 1 onion.
Chop the other onion and browned in 30 g of butter.
Pour the drained lentils in a bowl and incorporate the sautéed onion, cheese, eggs, a little salt and pepper.
Mix for a long time.
Pour the mixture into a buttered rectangular pan and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, equalize the surface and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
