Instructions
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar, add little by little the lukewarm milk and grated lemon peel.
Peel the pears and cut them into thin slices.
In a round cake pan, previously greased and floured, place on a single layer PEAR slices and pour over the cream evenly.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.

- 500 g of buttery pears
- 100 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 lemon
