Pea flan and macaroons
Instructions
In a saucepan add the peas with half the butter.
Add a ladle of broth and a pinch of cinnamon.
When cooked past the knitting mill.
In a saucepan heat a knob of butter, add the mashed peas, sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour and let dry.
Add the amaretti powder, two tablespoons of cream and three egg yolks.
Let cool and add the whipped egg whites.
Pour into a buttered mould and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve.

- 750 g of shelled peas
- 60 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 amaretti biscuits
- 1 ladle of broth
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- Salt
