Turkey and ham pie
Instructions
Finely crumble the crackers into a bowl and add the hot milk; stir well to mix all and add meat, ham and chopped herbs, salt and pepper eggs.
Stir until mixture is well blended.
Pour into a mould cake (if Pan is the best, otherwise slightly foderatelo of pastry into two parts or baking paper) by pressing and levelling with a spoon.
Place it in the oven already warm, having covered with aluminum foil to prevent drying out too, and let it cook for about an hour.

- 1 pack of crackers to cereal 5
- 400 g of minced turkey meat
- 100 g of ham
- 2 eggs
- 160 g of milk
- Chopped parsley
- Chopped rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
